An auction listing unlock opens one parcel on an active county list. Before you unlock, the list shows every parcel with its city and ZIP, property type, size and year built, and the opening bid, with the street address and the figures withheld.
Unlocking a parcel shows its street address and property specs with the deal score and ROI on Starter; Pro and Expert also show the ARV with the comparable sales behind it, the rehab estimate and net profit, and the recommended max bid. Nothing is spent until you press Unlock. Unlocks reset every month across all counties, and an unlock on a parcel the county pulls before the sale is credited back.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You create the account first, then enter a card on Stripe's secure checkout, and the 14-day trial starts. The card is what turns the trial into a real account rather than a demo. Nothing is charged on day one, and one free trial is offered per customer; if you have subscribed before, checkout charges the plan price from the start.
When is my card charged, and for how much?
On day 14, for the plan you chose: $39 / $109 / $249 a month for Starter, Pro and Expert, or $329 / $899 / $1,999 a year on annual billing. The subscription then renews each month or each year until you cancel. The exact amount is shown under the plan button before you start and again on the sign-up page.
How do I cancel?
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Manage Subscription; it opens your Stripe billing portal, where one click cancels. Cancel before day 14 and the card is never charged. Cancel later and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for; you keep access until then. You can also email support@bidwiseinvest.com from your account address and we will cancel for you.
Can I get a refund?
Our Terms of Service say that, except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. That is why the trial is the place to decide: cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple and refunded under Apple’s policies, not ours.
