BidWise draws them from the parcel's ZIP code or city, matches them on square footage and bedroom count, and shows confidence indicators so you know how much weight to place on each comp. Comps are not filtered by distance, so check how close each one is before you rely on it.

Yes. The platform is designed to be usable without a real estate background. Deal scores, rehab estimates, and financials are clearly labeled so you can evaluate properties while still doing your own diligence before bidding.

BidWise covers four metro-Atlanta counties: DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, and Clayton. Georgia has 159 counties in total. Georgia sells tax-delinquent property on the first Tuesday of the month, and each of these counties sells on that schedule in the months it has parcels to offer. Sale dates and parcel counts change month to month, so the county pages under /tax-sale carry whatever is currently published.

BidWise checks each covered county's official source every day. When a county posts or amends its list, the new list is analyzed and published after a person reviews it, which can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. The analysis runs at that point, not when you open a parcel, and the comparable sales behind it can be a few months old. The dashboard and the county pages show the date of the analysis.

BidWise works in any phone or tablet browser today. An iPhone app has been submitted to Apple for review and is not in the App Store yet. There is no Android app.
